capitalized one million yen, at Nippa-cho, Kouhoku- ku, Yokohama City to manufacture and sell precision
shafts for use in acoustic and rotary equipment. |

Constructed Plant No.2 as business expansion |
| 1984 |
Reorganized as Shinwa Seiko Co., Ltd., a joint stock company.
Increased capital stock to 10 million yen. |

Constructed the Gotenba Plant at Hotozawa, Gotenba City, Shizuoka Prefecture. |
| 1992 |
Constructed an ultra-precision machining workshop and expanded machining facilities in the Gotenba Plant to manufactuer high-precision shafts. |

Increaed capial stock to 30 million yen. |

Opened an office for market research in Singapore. |

For correspondence to high accrancy shafts production, a pure water washing machine and relevant equipments were newly established in Gotemba factory. |
